The Civilian Marksmanship Program affords qualified individuals the ability to purchase surplus firearms and ammunition from the US Government, including such offerings as 1911 pistols and M1Garand rifles.

| Current Date | date you're sending it in. |
After getting the filled out form signed by the Membership Secretary, you can go online to thecmp.org to make your purchase. You will have to fax or mail the form to them.
